Career highlights have included Pinkerton in MADAMA BUTTERFLY, Anatol in VANESSA, George Hancock in MARGARET GARNER, Prince Bolo in the world premiere of HAROUN AND THE SEA OF STORIES, the Duke of Dunstable in PATIENCE, Gastone in LA TRAVIATA, Harry in LA FANCIULLA DEL WEST, Spoletta in TOSCA, the Lion in CANDIDE, and both Maron and Ares in Mark Adamo's critically acclaimed LYSISTRATA with New York City Opera; Calaf in TURANDOT with New York Grand Opera; Pinkerton in MADAMA BUTTERFLY with Shreveport Opera; the title role in FAUST, Des Grieux in Massenet's MANON (featured highlights - BBC worldwide broadcast), the Duke in RIGOLETTO, Rodolfo in LA BOHÈME, Nemorino in L'ELISIR D'AMORE, Don Ottavio in DON GIOVANNI, Tamino in THE MAGIC FLUTE, and Fenton in FALSTAFF with Amato Opera; Eisenstein in DIE FLEDERMAUS with Opera of the Hamptons; Tamino in THE MAGIC FLUTE with Opera Nova; and a featured appearance in New York's nationally televised Columbus Day Parade. Concert engagements have included Mozart's CORONATION MASS and the MOZART REQUIEM with MidAmerica Productions at Carnegie Hall. Mr. Jackson was a Young American Artist with Glimmerglass Opera, where he covered the title role in Robert Kurkas's THE GOOD SOLDIER SCHWEIK. He also performed as resident tenor at the legendary Asti's restaurant in Manhattan, where critics frequently cited him, and has appeared on radio and television as one of “three tenors” in the ad campaign for Medaglia d'Oro Espresso. Following a collaboration with contemporary composer Rubyanna, he sang the tenor lead on the independently produced compact disc, JOAN OF ARC. Other distinctions have included the Sally Amato Opera Award and the Metropolitan Opera Encouragement Award.
