Career highlights have included Ulrica in UN BALLO IN MASCHERA with Cincinnati Opera; Lady Macbeth in MACBETH at the Teatro de Bellas Artes in Mexico City and for Mexico's Cervantino Festival; Giulietta in LES CONTES D'HOFFMANN with Los Angeles Opera and Michigan Opera Theatre; the title role in FEDORA with Los Angeles Opera; the title role in ARIADNE AUF NAXOS with Arizona Opera; Santuzza in CAVALLERIA RUSTICANA with Dayton Opera; Baba the Turk in THE RAKE'S PROGRESS with the Netherlands Opera; Ortrud in LOHENGRIN with Opera West; Dulcinée in Massenet's DON QUICHOTTE (cover) with Washington Opera; Adalgisa in NORMA (cover) and Azucena in IL TROVATORE (cover) with Los Angeles Opera; and the title role in TOSCA (cover) with San Francisco Opera. Concert engagements have included Amneris in AIDA with the San Jose Symphony; Mahler's RÜCKERT-LIEDER with the U.S.C. Symphony Orchestra; Mahler's DAS KLAGENDE LIED with the Flint Symphony Orchestra; Wagner's WESENDONCK LIEDER with the San Jose Symphony; Beethoven's NINTH SYMPHONY with the Los Angeles Philharmonic at the Hollywood Bowl; de Falla's SEVEN POPULAR SONGS with the Los Angeles Philharmonic; Brahms's ALTO RHAPSODY with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra; an OPERA GALA appearance with L'Opéra de Montréal; as well as Ravel's SHÉHÉRAZADE and many performances of the VERDI REQUIEM. Ms. Jones has also been featured as a soloist in live concerts broadcast throughout the United States on National Public Radio, and on Public Television from the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion at the Los Angeles Music Center. She has performed recitals at Weill Recital Hall in the Carnegie Hall complex, the Wilshire Ebell Theatre in Los Angeles, the University of Santa Barbara, the Music Academy of the West, and Colburn Music School. She was chosen as the AT&T premier artist for her debut with the Los Angeles Philharmonic in commemoration of its seventy-fifth season.
