Recently having made a transition to the soprano repertoire, previous career highlights for Jennifer Tiller as a mezzo-soprano have included appearances with New York City Opera as Hansel in HANSEL AND GRETEL, as the Fox in Rachel Portman's THE LITTLE PRINCE, as Suzuki in MADAMA BUTTERFLY, as Mercedes in CARMEN, as Maddalena in IL VIAGGIO A REIMS, and as the Second Maid in Richard Strauss's DAPHNE; Augusta Tabor in THE BALLAD OF BABY DOE, Suzuki in MADAMA BUTTERFLY, Berta in IL BARBIERE DI SIVIGLIA, and Flora in LA TRAVIATA with Opera Illinois; Cherubino in LE NOZZE DI FIGARO with Cedar Rapids Opera Theatre, Tulsa Opera, and the Ash Lawn-Highland Summer Festival; La Ciesca in GIANNI SCHICCHI with Indianapolis Opera; Stéphano in ROMÉO ET JULIETTE with Opera Grand Rapids and Opera Northeast; and Mrs. McLean in SUSANNAH with the Ash Lawn-Highland Summer Festival. Concert highlights have included a Lincoln Center debut as both La Rossa and Vera in Franco Alfano's RISURREZIONE at Alice Tully Hall, conducted by Fiora Contino; Mozart's MASS IN C MINOR with the National Chorale at Lincoln Center's Avery Fisher Hall; the MOZART REQUIEM and Bach's MAGNIFICAT with Saint Paul's Episcopal Church in Rochester, New York; Fanny Mendelssohn's LOBGESANG with the Tulsa Philharmonic; and GERMAN FILM SONGS OF THE 1930s with Capital Chamber Artists in Albany, New York.
