Concert highlights have included Iseppo in LA GIOCONDA and Delil in GIOVANNA D'ARCO with the Collegiate Chorale; Roméo in ROMÉO ET JULIETTE (scenes) at Mannes College; the VERDI REQUIEM with the Collegiate Chorale and the Choir of Saint Mary in Stamford, Connecticut; the MOZART REQUIEM with the Garden State Philharmonic and the Choir of Saint Mary; Rossini's STABAT MATER and Handel's MESSIAH with the Choir of Saint Mary; Mozart's CORONATION MASS and Handel's CORONATION ANTHEM with New Jersey's Shrewsbury Chorale; Bach's MAGNIFICAT and Handel's MESSIAH with the Garden State Philharmonic; and Beethoven's NINTH SYMPHONY with the SUNY Purchase Philharmonic. Mr. Shen is a winner of the Richard F. Gold Career Grant for 1999, and a scholarship recipient of both the Tanglewood Institute and the Mannes College of Music. He is a student of Mignon Dunn.
